FCAB believes education is the key to a community’s long-term development. It introduced the first pre-primary school for under-5 children in Bagdumur and the surrounding area villages. The school teaches these students basic literacy and numeracy as well as health education. FCAB has also partnered with the village madrasa for students grades 1 to 10 on various initiatives such as a nutrition club which teaches elementary, middle and high school students good eating habits and healthy diets. FCAB donated a Smart Board digital technology tool to the madrassa enabling village school children to access global education resources. FCAB has integrated Sesame Street curriculum into pre- and primary education programs.
